Back by popular demand, we are offering the Petite Party Package, for wedding showers and baby showers only (no weddings).
This package includes four hours of full access to the Atrium and Kitchen areas, with room for up to 40 guests. PPP’s can only be booked up to four weeks in advance, and check out from the space must be completed by 9:30P.M. View our calendar for availability.
WE PROVIDE:
Tables and chairs to seat up to 40 guests. We setup prior to your arrival, and breakdown after your departure.

Catering, Decorating, Centerpieces, Table Cloths, DJ, Officiant, Bartender, trash removal, etc.
*Settles Point maintains an in-house list of preferred local vendors with whom we’ve experienced positive reviews. Our vendors come highly recommended, although you are welcome to provide your own.
HOW TO RESERVE the Petite Party Package
The Petite Party Package can only be booked up to four weeks in advance. Full rental price is required at time of reservation, with one half non-refundable.
CHECK OUT
Prior to check-out, a walk-through must be conducted with the client (or pre-assigned individual) to inspect the condition of the venue. The client is responsible for ensuring that all food and personal items are removed, and the facility is left in a state similar to check-in.
